Designing for a hydroponic farming brand meant translating something highly technical and science-driven into visuals that felt approachable, natural, and inspiring without leaning on farming clichés.
Not to forget, Chop Chop already had a logo and lots of information to communicate.
Chop Chop is a new-age farming company, one of the first in India to grow produce hydroponically. By using hydroponic methods, they grow high-quality produce without pesticides, conserving water and resources along the way.
APPROACH
Hydroponic farming doesn’t have the earthy, traditional cues of soil-based farming, so the packaging and illustrations needed to convey freshness and sustainability without relying on any old, generic template.
We used naturally drawn shapes and illustrations in a vibrant colour palette so it looks fresh and doesn’t get ignored on an aisle.
